Have you ever gazed into someone’s eyes and mouthed the words, ‘let’s be for real’? Hoping against hope, your heartaches and longs to experience real human authenticity, real connection. Amidst a world of social media friendships and superficiality and the hunt for the happiness mirage, we often wonder: Can anyone see the real me? We all crave to be our real, authentic selves – to finally shed the masks, discard the façades, and experience the peace and inner tranquillity of being in touch with our real identity; we have an idea that this authenticity will lead to inner satisfaction and real happiness. But how do we really access this inner reality and ‘get real’ for real? Join us on Friday 24th at the yoga space New Plymouth with a world-travelling monk, author, and Yale University graduate, Devamrita Swami, as he leads us through the ultimate reality check.
Enjoy a complete treat for your body, mind, belly & heart!
